30-day return window
If a pair does not work out, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Shoes should be unworn outdoors and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
- Email us your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply with the return address and instructions within one business day.
- Send the parcel back with tracking, and share the tracking number with us.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Tell us the size you want in your first email and we will reserve it while your return is in transit.
